- Siapkan bahan bahan.
- Bersihkan kentang kupas, potong dadu cuci tiriskan dan goreng angkat tiriskan.
- Panaskan minyak goreng lalu tumis bumbu halus + daun jeruk, daun salam, lengkuas hingga layu dan wangi lalu masukan hati ayam yg sdh di rebus dan di goreng aduk rata.
- Masukan kentang tuang sedikit air lalu beri garam dan gula, masak hingga matang dan kuah mengering.
